Snohomish County mayors and business leaders are coming together to address the biggest issue facing our communities: improving public safety.
Homelessness, drug addiction, mental health and public safety are all interrelated problems demanding comprehensive solutions.
Our coalition reflects an innovative approach to public safety. This is a county-wide issue that demands county-wide strategies and solutions. This is the first time that a coalition of the county’s local governments and business leaders has come together to take on these issues.
We believe that Olympia must be a part of the solution, but we cannot expect the Legislature to solve all of our problems for us. We are working closely with the Snohomish County legislative delegation to ensure countywide collaboration on these issues and potential solutions.
